I would recommend as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that erectile dysfunction is a usual complication of diabetic neuropathy. But, unfortunately there is no X ray or wave to solve this problem. The main therapy in such cases are Cialis or Viagra. Cialis has less adverse effects and medical interactions with other drugs, compared to Viagra. Anyway, I would like to know your current therapy in order to give a more professional opinion if these drugs are safe to take concomitantly with your current therapy.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

I remain at your disposal for any further questions, whenever you need!
Thanks
