Is having oral sex safe. Since you put penis in the mouth will it cause any infections or something.

Unprotected sex in not safe by any means.

Oral sex by fellatio (oro penial contact wherein the sexual partner uses her lips/mouth to stimulate the male partner's penis) is comparitively safer than cunnilingus (Oro vaginal contact wherein the sexual partner uses his lips or mouth to stimulate the female partner's vagina or vulva )

Exchange of seminal or vaginal fluids plays an important risk in transmitting sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

If any bodys does fellation on you and if she has any infections like Hepatitis B, HIV (if she has any bleeding ulcer / you have any ulcer in your penis), there is a chance of contracting the disease.
