Thank you for your feedback. You would think after three disolvent treatments the filler would be gone.
Now the red bumps are coming back. The last derm scared me into to dissolving again because she said I may have an infection over filler (biofilm). Told me the disolvent would get rid of red bumps.
Well she was wrong because they are back with periodic burning sensation. I’m going to make another appointment with regualar dem, should I ask about steroids?
Including new pic.
Thanks you again for all of your help with this endless situation.

Brief Answer:
Go for intralesional steroid injection
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I don't think you have any infection.
It seems to be either hypersensitivity reaction or granulomatous reaction to the filler.
I think you should go for intralesional steroid injections.

Thank you again.
One more question.
As the hypersensitivity seems to come and go. Some days it feels ok other day as it bothers me. If I opt not to try to disolve more or choose steroid treatment will it resolve on its own or cause damage somehow from non treatment?
