Brief Answer:
Could take as many as two weeks!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Lowering dosage may requires as many as two weeks for the body to adjust to this if the initial cause of you anxiety was synthroid. However, i will like to know what the TSH levels were and whether they justified toxicity from this drug. If this anxiety is not related to this drug, I suggest that you get a drug for anxiety rather than continuing to wait.
In all, as many as two weeks if synthroid is/was the cause.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
