Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, since you have tried most of the medical options which are pharmacological but focus on increasing blood flow or dilated vessels but haven't used supplements which act on musclular and connective tissue and help general muscular growth causing improved erections which are otherwise compromised like in cases of deficiencies of micronutrients and vitamins like zinc, calcium, vitamin D3, B12 and folic acid and hence replacements of these may help.

As far as stents are concerned, every erectile dysfunction may not benefit from it unless the main problem is any issue with the blood flow. It's good to get a Doppler understand to look for blood flow specially in internal pudendal artery and if any signs of decreased flow seems to be the cause, the stent may help in such cases. An opinion of vascular surgeon or interventional radiologist will be needed.

Hope to this has answered your query. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask. Regards.
