default
Posted on Wed, 12 Jun 2024
Question: I'm having a serious headaches in back of my head or either side around eye, this is sometimes frequent or rarely if i miss my sleeping schedule.

Most of the time i have observed my body is hot when I have a headache, I have visited eye hospital and found i have +- 0.75 and got Specs with bluray lens (I use laptop 8 hours a day) for the same but still no luck.

I have visited a neurologist once and got a tablet for tablets to reduce stress but I don't think it's stress causing the headache.

Brief Answer:
Can be cervical spine related

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
I think this headache in back of the head may be related to cervical spine.
It can be related to pinched nerve, bonenspur, or just bad position while working.
You may need to do a x-ray of the spine.
Pain killers may relieve pain. Also physical therapy and physical activity will help with the pain
