                                            Intrahepatic chole stasis of pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
At 31 weeks of gestation , if yours got / sept levels are this high , then you are suffering from intrahepatic chole stasis of pregnancy or IHCP. tHIS CAN BE DANGEROUS TO THE BABY Was the bile salts levels continue to grow in your blood and when transferred to the foetus through placenta can actually cause a sudden cardiac arrest of the foetus and you may have an intra uterine foetal death. So ideally Udiliv or ursodeoxycholic acid tab should be started at 300 mg thrice a day with a weekly repeat liver function tests to establish the fall and can be continued till delivery.
Also the delivery should be planned at the XXXXXXX of 37 weeks of gestation by cervical priming and induction of labour to avoid dreaded complication of IHCP.
Regards
 follow up.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It completely depends on how you repspond to the treatment, so wait for the response and keep a check on the foetal movements.
