Brief Answer:
Nyquil does not reduce hba1c

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir

Welcome to healthcare magic

I throughly reviewed your case, there is no history of reduction of Hba1c with usage of Tab. Nyquil that too with in six hours

So the drugs which causes alterations in the hba1c are
1. Anti retroviral drugs
2. Ribavarine
3. Trimethoprim and sulphamethaxazole

... so dont worry

Feel free to ask quieries

Thanks
