Question : In addition to above she is having the following symptoms/Problems.
a. Nervousness.
b. Excessive Sweating,
c. Vision Problem,
d. Memory lapses,
e. Insomnia,
f. Irregular and scant menstrual flow,
g .memory loss,
h. Deep sleeping(More than 10 hours),
i. Poor concentration in house hold works,
j. Very weak and intake is low,
K. Migraine Headache and
i. Hypertension
Kindly suggest me Can I go for a child.
Whether she will get pregnancy? Will the new born also get the thyroid problem?.

Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
Normally, she should take the endocrinologist aproval before you plan a pregnancy. The dose of levothyroxine should be the appropriate one and the TSh 0.4- 2.5 mui/ ml.
If the TSH is normal she will not have difficulties of hettimg pregnant and once she has a positive pregnancy test, she should check TSH once in 4 weeks.
If TSH is kept within the normal ranges, the baby will not be at risk .
