Question : I had a cut on the shaft of my penis. will the skin ever grow back to normal? when I get an erection, the skin at the spot of the scar looks thin and scar seems to stretch. I haven't been sexually active since I received the cut. will the cut reopen once I become sexually active?

Most small cuts heal very quickly and do not affect sexual intercourse. They generally heal in 15 days time if it is only a mild cut but the scar may be present for sometime. Any scar on the penis will stretch because the skin is elastic.

it got cut on the zipper about a month and a half ago. I have not taken any medication for it.
