You seem to have Hives/ Urticaria. Acute Urticaria can happen as an allergic reaction to certain foods or food preservatives.
I suggest you to apply a soothing lotion e.g Calamine lotion.
In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10mg tab once a day.
