Will Worsening Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Right Arm Get Healed Completely Through Medical Intervention?

Question: My right arm has been giving me trouble over the last month. it has progressively gotten worse to it now waking me up every night the last 7 days and i cant seem to get blood to flow to my hand. I can feel extreme pain like its asleep and tingling almost like it is being crushed. I feel it in all of my fingers, in my elboy and up underneath my right arm pit. My hand is now showing sighns of turning a darker blue than my left hand.
when i sleep this occurs on both arms, but much more extreme on my right. It lasts trhoughout the day now and comes and goes about every 15-30 minutes, sometimes my hand feels numb for hours. My Dad had a quadruple bypass at the age of 54 and i am 48 years old now.. I have a wife and two boys and I am becoming extremely nervous about this. I do not have insurance and im not sure where a good place to start would be.
