Question : Woke up with something weird on my leg, never had it before and it stings. Could it maybe be a burn mark?

                                    Brief Answer:
Insect bite reaction or burn mark, topical steroid & antibiotic cream recommended
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be either an insect bite reaction or burn mark.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid and antibiotic cream like Neosporin ointment and Cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 5-7 days.
Also, take antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine maleate 4mg once daily at bedtime for 5-7 days.
This should resolve it.

Dr Asmeet
