Hi XXXXXXX,

Thanks for your query.

1) Regarding your daughter:
As you have mentioned that, she is slow in her activities.
I suggest you to get her hemoglobin level checked as anemia is common cause of lethargy, lack of interest in routine activities.
Give her good nutritious diet XXXXXXX in proteins, vitamins and minerals.
Nuts are also very good for health.
Be patient to her, she will be fine.

2) Regarding your son:
Recurrent respiratory infections are common until 6 years of age and most of times it is viral in nature.
Therefore, antibiotics are not required unless there is some bacterial infection.
It could be allergic in nature as well.
Get him examined by pediatrician, as he may need some tests as CBC, x XXXXXXX chest.

Relax, he will learn, be patient and friendly with him.

Do not force anything; try to make learning fun for him.

Give him balanced diet XXXXXXX in proteins, vitamins, minerals so as to built up his immunity.

Avoid all kind of fried food and junk food to both kids.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any other question, I would like to help.

Wishing you and your family good health.
God bless!!

Hi.

Thanks again.

You have to modify their dietary habits,
-brushing should be done twice daily.
-rinse after every meal.
-Avoid sweets, candies, chocolates.
-increase fluid intake.
-give plenty of salads and fruit.

I suggest you to get your children examined by dentist for proper management.

If you do not have any question, please close the discussion and rate the answer.
God bless!!
