Brief Answer:
There is risk for some STDs

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Regarding risk for HIV, the risk is nil. HIV does not spread by oral sex (unless you had bleeding from your mouth) and protected vaginal intercourse. Skin of penis may be torn due to fungal infection or dry skin due to condom use.

Regarding risk of STDs, some disease causing viruses and bacteria can transmit through oral sex.

You can go for STD panel test at any reputed laboratory for the same. Also a urine routine test and complete blood count can be done to rule out possible infections. HIV testing is not needed as per your description of the encounter.

Hope it clears your doubt. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Pimples could just be from friction

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It is hard to predict anything from symptoms like sweating, pimples. Sweating could just be from anxiety. Pimples could just be from friction. On other side of scale these could be from an infection. Infection itself could be temporary or long lasting.

We need test reports to confirm the same. You can simply go to a reputed laboratory and get yourself tested to remove any doubts.
Till we get the reports, be relaxed.

Brief Answer:
It may tear due to humidity

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Yes the skin may tear through intact condom. One reason could be due to humidity and flare up of fungal infection, it got tears. Another reason could be its reaction to condom.

If no bleeding from your mouth or gums then no risk of HIV.
