Question : NEED A GASTRIC EMPTING DR. BOULS DO NOT GIVE FULL BOUL MOVEMENT, BEEN SOME TIME THIS PROBLEM.

I EAT WELL, I WEAR DIAPER BECAUSE THERE IS TINY BOWL MOVMNT
SIZE OF A JELLY BEAN, TW0 OR THREE ONLY. NEVER A BOWL MOVEMENT
AND BEEN COUPLE OF MONTHS, WHEN EAT THE BOWL MOVES WITH-IN
A HALF HOUR. AND ONLY AS STATED ABOVE. VAN YOU OFFER A DR. I
COULD CONTACT WITH THIS PROBLEM IF NOT POSSIBLE HERE.

Parasite usually does not cause this.

Hi,

Parasites usually do not cause such symptoms.
Retained Fecolith formation can give such problems.
Advancing age also cause such problems collectively.
Since you have to wear diaper, and have motions as you have mentioned I would advise you the following:
Consult a General Surgeon or a Gastroenterologist.
Per-rectal examination, ano-proctoscopy will give a probable cause and/or effect.

CT scan of abdomen, colonoscopy and further tests may be needed to know the exact cause so that a proper management and possible cure can be done.
Please go for these things and once done give me feedback.
