Question : hi doc my daughter is 8 months old,which sipper cup shall i use for her? with hard or soft spout? which one is less infection prone

Hi,

Chances of getting infected do not depend on the hardness of sipper's spout.

In this age the softer spouts are preferred as with hard spout baby has to struggle in sucking as they have not learned it well by this age.

To avoid infection it should be boiled in water or you can use sterilizer also.
