Hi,

Fetus would be probably be dead by now. Ultrasound scan can confirm it. 13 weeks pregnancy is difficult to remove by medical abortion.

You might need surgical evacuation by dilatation and curettage under anesthesia.

the fetus was at 13 weeks, i am bleeding but it still had a strong heartbeat and is moving a lot. it yas not been expelled yet. if the medical abortion fails what are the possible defects this baby could face?
