Question : Hi yes I had a routine check up today with my cardiologist my ecg came back saying "abnormal t consider ischemia , inferior leads" ... but my dr looked at it and compared it to a previous ecg( that stated normal ) and said he was very happy with and he would see me in 6-12 months ? I guess I'm just wondering if he missed something or am I just worrying too much

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern and would like to tell you that taking into consideration your young age group and the ecg changes which are there in your ecg I would like suggest you to get a echocardiogram and a stress test done just to make sure there is no underlying coronary artery disease.

If these changes would have been in 1 lead then I would have ignored it but as these are in more than 1 lead so it requires evaluation.

I hope this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards

I had a nuclear stress test and ultrasound/ echo about a year ago after a different abnormal ecg but those test came back fine I can send you that ecg if it helps

What are you seeing in the results is it past damages or possible false negative
