Question : Would an MRI of the brain with and without contrast conclusively determine if there was any tumor?

I am a worrier and had a nine week headache. Thanks

The other part to my question is they think it could be migraine or trigiminal neuralgia which could be caused by a tumor, right??

But my MRI was okay
