Would Cold Compresses Help Relieve Persistent Soreness After Harvesting From The Lower Abs For Stem Cell Therapy?

Question: I am doing stem cell therapy. Yesterday I had the cells harvested from my lower abs. The incision is not a problem. It's the area from where the cells were taken that is still quite sore. I have taken an Advil, but that has not helped. Would icing the area help?
Brief Answer:
Yes, you can.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr. Anshul Varshney for your help.
I understand the area gets sore. Just make sure there is no pus discharge on the incision site.
You can do ice fomentation that should not be an issue.
You can take Advil 400mg three times a day for the purpose.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query please ask me.
