Would Magnesium Help While On Amlodipine, Lasix, Aspirin Losartan And Bisoprilol For CHF?

Question : I have been recently dx with CHF. I have quite a bit of muscle and bone aches and pains. My cardiac meds include Amlodipine, lasix, K+, Aspirin Losarton, bisoprilol. I Recently d/cd pravastatin which helped somewhat but, am wondering if magnesium might help as well?

Regarding your concern, I would explain that in many CHF patients there is magnesium and coenzyme Q10 deficiency.

For this reason, magnesium and coenzyme Q10 supplements are helpful!

Magnesium can also improve muscle performance.

From the other hand, pravastatin is known to reduce coenzyme Q10 levels.

That is why it is important to take coenzyme Q10 besides magnesium.
