Question : previously asked. I am 67 Male with damaged missing interior meniscus of my left knee. hydrocodone shot provides no relief. x ray show little or no meniscus. I am considering stem cell treatment. Suggestions?

Stem cell therapy is usually helpful in regrowth of meniscus in case of a torn meniscus - for healing. Your meniscus is decreased due to osteoarthritic changes and the meniscus is almost lost. A complete regrowth of meniscus is not likely with the stem cell injections. It is better to get a knee replacement done for pain relief.
