Question : Would like one more opinion - I have been advised that these look just like a skin reaction or non-specic dermatitus or fordcyde spots - guess I would like one more professional opinion - they do not burn unless I apple tea tree oil - even then it is minor - there is no discharge or blistor or scabbing or bleading...thoughts

They are very small bumps with no lesions or rough spots. I have been advised it is not an STD or viral infection or MC - all online Dermatologists have agreed on this - they just dont want to go away - wondering how long they can stay and appear?

this last pucture is of a healed pimple / reaction that i had show up around the 9th or 10th of July - thia is how it healed - it is at the bottom of the head of the penis - my right side when i look down - it is barely noticeable

The picture ending in 30.png is what the top pimple looked like a couple of days ago - it looks like a zit - they don't stay hard and don't seem to have the same characteristics...again I have had no fever, blisters, patches - everything shows up individually and different times...no muscle ache etc. I guess I am trying to understand can a skin condition like this just show up - I have no foreskin so I am assuming this is not blandis - they all seem to clear up from the pimple stage. I am sure that I do not help by constantly touching and looking to see if something else has appeared.

Could it be an allergic reaction to shampoo or soap I use in the morning?

they are not all that visible to the naked eye - they are there but somewhat muted - much more visible when you shine a light on them.

Brief Answer:
Acneform eruption or non specific dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your complaints and reviewed all the attached photographs. They are not looking like warts, molluscum or any sexually transmitted infection. They are looking like an acneform eruption or some non dermatitis to soap or shampoo .They can appear from few weeks. I don’t think it is anything serious.
I would recommend you to apply a topical steroid and antibiotic cream like neosporin ointment at cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for few days. This will hasten the resolution of these lesions.

is there is something i should do to take the inflimation down? tea tree oil? it does create a slight burning sensation when i apply - or is there something else i should apply?

what can cause this?

how long can this happen - assume i should change soap?

does stress or aniexty slow the healing process?

lastly in your professional opionion you see nothing major here like a viral infection or std? again thank you for clarity and easing my mind!

Brief Answer:
Details below

Detailed Answer:
I would recommend you to apply a topical steroid and antibiotic like neosporin ointment and cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 10-14 days.
This will subside the bumps. It could be due to change of soap or friction.
You can change your soap to a more mild soap.
It is not any kind of viral infection or sexually transmitted disease.
Yes stress and anxiety can lower the healing process.
You won't pass this on to your partner as its not sexually transmitted infection or contagious.
Don't worry and relax.
Regards.
