Brief Answer:
Less chances of success

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand you wish to go ahead with vaso vasostomy.

This procedure for vasectomy done 20 years back is unlikely to be successful. There is possibility of readhesion of the operated area and again failure.

In my opinion, the possibility of success in your case is very less.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Is there another way I can get my partner pregnant??

Brief Answer:
IVF with surgical sperm retrieval

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Naturally you cannot get your partner pregnant. You may have to go for IVF procedure for your partner with Surgical retrieval of sperms from your testis using a needle and inject into your partner's eggs in laboratory.

Naturally it is not possible to get her pregnant as you wont have sperms in ejaculate.

Hope your doubt is clarified.
