Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the report of Ultrasound Scanning of Abdomen that you have posted you seem to have Benign Enlargement of Prostate which is common at this age with early Renal Paranchymal disease .
Get your Renal function tests done to assess the kidney function and consult qualified Nephrologist to explore whether you need any treatment for the same .
It has to be monitored at frequent intervals of every 6 months.
As regards Benign Enlargement of Prostate it is a ageing progressive process and needs to be treated with Tomsulosin once daily and need to be followed by consulting qualified Urologist .
These are diseases that are common at this age and has to be taken care of properly with regular check up and follow up with concerned specialist .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions, I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
