I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you should do an urethral secretions culture or uroculture to check for kind of bacteria which is causing the discharge. Gonorrhoea can be causing a yellow white discharge from penis.
The culture will show the type of infection which is causing the discharge and which antibiotics work best on it.
Also I would recommend you to do STD tests .
If it comes out to be gonorrhoea, Ceftriaxone injections or azithromycin are used.
