Question : Yes i,m always tried, dizzy and nausea. I have gone to Neurologist, neurosurgeon, and a heart doctor. I have had MRI, weight bearing MRI, Echo, Stress test and a CT of my heart for Blockage. No one can find anything wrong I don't know what else to do

Asall investigations related to heart and brain are normal the only organ left is inner ear.Yes in late 30's and early 40's vertigo dizziness etc can be due to inner ear.
Inner ear is responsible for hearing and balance of body.
Visit an ENT specialist and get the following tests done
Caloric test
EMG
VEMP
Audiometry.

They are basic test to check the functions of your inner ear.


Some problems that can be responsible for it are-
Menieres disease
Vestibulitis
BPPV

Thorough examination by Ear nose throat specialist required.
