Yesterday, I Had An Issue That Disturbed Me. I Literally

Question: Yesterday, I had an issue that disturbed me. I literally couldn't say the word photographer and completely stuttered trying to say it repeatedly though I know the word. I'm 36 and this has never happened before. I was working and it was very chaotic. But nevertheless, it happened when I was speaking to someone. Should I be concerned? The situation keeps replaying in my head. How my brain was stuck.

Brief Answer:
SHouldn't be concerned.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

If it was an isolated issue I do not think you have something to worry about. I suppose you are worried about brain lesions such as stroke or TIA (transient ischemic attack). However I do not think that to be the case. Such conditions have more long lasting episodes, usually involve other signs (like weakness or numbness of the face/limbs, balance issues, coordination issues, visual disturbances etc) and do not involve a single word such as in your case.
So these factors added to your young age which alone makes issues such as stroke or dementia unlikely, makes me think you don't have to worry, was most probably to the stress of your work situation.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
