Hello

After going through the ecg report attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with normal heart and increased voltage qrs complexes suggestive of LV hypertrophy due to hypertension or other causes.

It’s advisable to get an echocardiogram done for confirmation.
