Brief Answer:
Need details

Detailed Answer:
Hii. Welcome to the Ask A Doctor service. It's difficult to come to a diagnosis from this short history. Kindly mention in details about the onset, duration of the sound, associated with any hearing loss, giddiness, difficulty in hearing. Get a hearing test: pure tone audiogram and impedance audiogram to see if there is any hearing loss. There are other non ear related causes like any vascular abnormalities or any neurological problem. So rule out ear related problems first. If there is no abnormality in the ear you can do a MRI brain to rule out other causes. Till then take steam inhalation and nasoclear nose drop which will help in decongestion of the eustachian tube. So review with hearing test.
Note: Consult an experienced Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist online for further follow up on ear, nose, and throat issues - Book a Call now.
