Does it pain while breathing?

Is the pain staying in the same region or spreading anywhere?
Do you have any past medical history? Have you taken any medications yet?
Any other complaints?

How is the motion? Is there any hard motion/constipation?

As per your description, since it's been more than a month, it's also recommended that you get yourself properly checked up by a Gastroenterologist for a detailed assessment...
