it may be atopic dermatitis or eczema.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and reviewed attached images. Here is my advice.
As per history and attached images, it may be atopic dermatitis or eczema.
Still please let me know do you have fever or allergy to any food or cosmetic product?
For further assessment I would suggest you to consult with Dermatologist for detailed clinical examination.
Meanwhile, continue hydrocortisone cream. For itching you can take tablet loratidine 10 mg once a day(available OTC). Alternately apply moisturizing cream. You may require oral corticosteroids to reduce the inflammation after consultation. Along with that avoid allergens, harsh cosmetic products.
Hope I have answered your query.
