ok mam I am 26 yr old and weight around 53 & height 5'7"..

Your body mass index is 18.3 kg/m2 and it suggests that you are mildly thin. An ideal body weight for your height would be 54 to 72 kg. So it is only a small deviation from normal range and can easily be recovered by adjusting the diet. I would suggest that you add products made of milk to every meal that you take. For example if you are eating poha or dosa, add atleast 1 bog spoon of ghee to it. Make foods of milk like XXXXXXX kheer, milk shakes and have atleast 3-4 servings of it per day. You can also add some malai or cream to your milk shakes. Drink cleaner water and have atleast 5 servings of fruit per day. Keep a regular track of your weight and resume your regular diet when your desired weight is achieved.
