After I Belch (burb) I Have Bad Burning Pain In
Question: after I belch (burb) I have bad burning pain in my lower stomach then it radiates to my chest even if I don't have anything to eat or drink except for water. And I still have that been going on for 3 days now

Taking prilosec, as you are doing is good in order to inhibit secretion of hydrogen ions by stomach cells as reduce symptoms.
You also should remember to eat low acidity diet, less tomato sauce, fruit juices, alcohol and caffeine, less carbonated drinks, less fatty foods etc.
Also taking antiacids such Pepto-Bismol or maalox is advisable.
Taking ibuprofen, aspirin or other antinflamatory drugs may cause more irritation.
