Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, wearing heels do not affect your growth or height.

Shorter height may be due to poor nutrition, genetic factors /familial short stature or having history of any chronic disease.

For further assessment, I would suggest you to consult with endocrinologist for detailed clinical examination. He may procure growth hormones / thyroid profile as per evaluation to rule out any other possibilities hypothyroidism /growth hormones deficiency.

Hope I have answered your query.
