You may need to do a nasal endoscopy, x ray sinus and some blood investigations. After prescribing by doctor you may need to start nasal spray, steam inhalation. But better you describe your symptoms more elaborately and consult an Entire surgeon.

Thank you for the reply, I ingested something 19 hours ago, I ingested the same thing again 5 hours ago, am i safe from severe allergic reaction??
