There are no supplements that help with gout. I know many would be quick to lure you into such misleading and financially exploitative ventures.
Weight loss, low red meat consumption, increased vegetable consumption and decreased alcohol are very helpful in keeping gout and gout flares under control. Depending on the severity of your symptoms, you may need long term therapy with uric acid reducing agents such as allopurinol, pegloticase, rasburicase, etc. I will however let your doctor to make this call. certain medications may need to be reviewed as well.
