Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have viewed the images and gone through the query.

I can see dry scaly, pigmented patches on certain body areas. I ll keep the possibility of Lichen planus. I would like to know the duration since you have it? and di you have any symptoms like itching?burning? etc.

duration is around 6 month, and no itching & burning. in first stage body hair removed of the particular area... sir please give some medicine too.

I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% and 3% salicylic acid ointment e.g momate S ointment, twice daily for a few days. take care.
