Brief Answer:
It may be acute immune thrombocytopenia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir/mam, thank you for choosing healthcaremagic. Your child has no other abnormalities on peripheral smear and bone marrow aspiration except thrombocytopenia also called low platelet counts. The following are few causes of low platelet counts in children :
1)acute immune thrombocytopenia
2)chronic immune thrombocytopenia
3)drug induced
4)genetic causes
5)due to infections like Malaria, dengue fever etc.
Your child seems to be having acute immune thrombocytopenia that occurs after any infection like chicken pox or any other viral illness. Usually it recovers within 6 months without any medication. As your child has no symptoms, mostly the platelet count will improve with time.
In some cases, chronic immune thrombocytopenia may develop resulting in recurrent low platelet counts. This may require the drug rituximab.
Your child needs evaluation for global development delay. Please consult a pediatrician regarding this aspect.
Hope I have answered your question. Please let me know if you need any further assistance. Thank you. Take care.
