Question : before 10 days i visited to party and next say i felt vomits and loose motions and it simply cured by medicine but from past 9 days i am suffering from loss of appetite and feeling mild pain near lower abdomen and feeling heaviness like somethi sticky inside .pain during night or when i am eating something
i have taken medicine secnil and engyme but no releif for longer term

Hi
You might have acquired Infection of the gut due to food/water.Secnil will cause stomach irritation,nausea etc in few individuals.It might be the reason for loss of appetite.
As per your description,it looks like there is still some residual Infection in the gut.It might be the cause of these symptoms.You have taken Secnil which works in parasitic Infection.If the infection is due to Bacteria, you should take an Antibiotic.I prescribe Antibiotic like Rifaximine 200mg twice daily or Levofloxacin 250mg twice daily for 5 days to my patients with similar complaints.
If there is no response with Antibiotic, you should get investigated with Plain X-ray Abdomen in erect posture and Ultrasound abdomen.
Please consult a Gastroenterologist and proceed further.

At very first day i am prescribed with antibiotic zanocin i have taken that for 2 days

You should take Zanocin for 5 days.

Hi
Antibiotic Zanocin has to be taken for 5 days.As you have taken for 2 days,some infection might be left behind and cause gut disturbances.
If possible, please take Levofloxacin 250mg twice daily after food instead of Zanocin (Ofloxacin).for 5 days.
Please get investigated if there is no response even after Levofloxacin.

It could be due to Flatulence

Hi,

Bloating and Heaviness can be due to Flatulence, infection of the gut can also cause the same picture.

Generally, in my patients, I prescribe Anti flatulent drugs initially. If there is no response, I'd investigate with the Ultrasound abdomen.
