                                    Brief Answer:
may be a subungual hematoma. Require further confirmation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and here is my advice.
As per your history, as affecting both toes, it seems to be a subungual hematoma.
Please let me know do you have a history of injury or trauma to nails or wearing tight shoes?
In that case, it will gradually clear as nail heals. There is no need for active management.
Do you have pain at that site, fever, any discharge from the site?
For that, you can take over the counter medication Acetaminophen (Tylenol) 500 mg three times a day and may require antibiotics after a physician's review.
Avoid using tight shoes. Let me know I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale
