                                    Brief Answer:
Should be temporary
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Yes, cocaine has effect on vocal cords and cause more or less serious hoarseness. If this is not used repeatedly then the voice should recover within few weeks so it should not be permanent in your case. Try to drink warm tea with honey and avoid coffee and spices. If there won't be improvement you should see ENT doctor since some procedures may be required. But in most cases this is not necessary. Wish you good health. Regards

So, I’m about on my 11th day now since I took it, my voice sorta sounds abit worse, definitely feel like I need to put more effort in to speak, when should it start to get better, and also should I treat this like a laryngitis? But either way if it heals by Itself or have to get a procedure, will my voice 100% comeback or is there some rare cases?

                                    Brief Answer:
There is rarely permanent consequence
Detailed Answer:
Hi. Cocaine acts by producing edema of vocal chords which is swelling caused by fluid accumulation around it so as in every other place in the body, this edema should pull back over time. If this is taken just once, this should happen in 2,3 weeks. Rarely, if there is ulceration or infection of larinx then symptoms may persist but in this case you would have some other symptoms. So I think you should be patient and treat it as layringitis.
