Yes......Ibuprofen can cause blood in urine.

Ibuprofen and other NSAIDs act by inhibiting platelets.
Platelets are involved in clot formation.
On the other hand,Ibuprofen also cause papillary necrosis in kidneys.

This can lead to macroscopic and microscopic haematuria (blood in urine).
