Clindamycin is an antibiotik and can not raise the blood sugar.
It is the inflammation that keeps the blood sugar high.
Once the cellulitis is treated, the blood sugar will get back to previous levels.
You should disscuss with your physician to modify the treatment of Diabetes for this period.
