I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached and it is a wart. Triamchinolone or other corticosteroid ointments do not work on warts . It can reduce inflammation ifbtge wart us inflamed but to canndo it for a short time . It is worthless to use triamchinolone on the wart. You may need to talk to your dermatologist to freeze them with liquid nitrogen.
