Brief Answer:
Vitamin D insufficiency
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The Vitamin D in serum is low and it needs replacement therapy.
Either it is by exposing to sun every day for 45 minutes with minimum clothes or take oral Vit D supplementation.
I suggest D-RISE 60K satchet once a week after breakfast with milk for 8 weeks followed by maintenance therapy of 2000IU per day. Get the test again after 8 weeks to start maintenance.
Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
Viral infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
There is low WBC count and high lymphocyte percentage with low Neutrophil %. There is high ESR.These generally mean a early viral infection which is being fought by Lymphocytes.
Does the person have fever, body pains or cold/cough? IT could be flu virus.
Just rest, fluids and non spicy diet should suffice. Medications as per the symptoms.
There seems large RBC with low hemoglobin in each RBC which is straight macrocytic anemia. Vit B12, Folate deficiency etc cause this. YOu need to get the Serum Vit B12 and Folic acid levels.
I suggest to repeat the CBC after 30 days to check for change in parameters.
