Question : can we take vitamin c effervescent tablets just because of corona means to have immunity and i have heard that gluthathione tablets are good is it so

There are no good studies that prove that Vitamin C and Glutathione help in preventing Corona Virus infection.

Taking these in moderate amounts is healthy, but should not exceed the amount and cause toxicity.
