                                    Brief Answer:
The MRI reports are explained below in details.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
I already received the MRI reports.
Through the report I can see degenerative changes, especially in the L5-S1 level.
The degenerative changes are commonly related to osteoarthritis.
They are localized at the lumbosacral joint which is near the hip bone.
There is also disc protrusion at level C7-T1 which is where the neck connects with the upper back.
The disc protrusion is a medical condition where the intervertebral discs bulge when are under pressure.
This can be the cause of the shoulder pain.
Hope my answer was helpful.
