Hello!
Welcome on - Ask a Doctor - service!
I passed carefully through your medical history and the uploaded lab tests and would explain that actually you should modify your therapy of diabetes.
As you have a high glycozilated Hemoglobin and chronic renal disease, it is necessary to substitute metformin with insulin.
Based on your blood lab tests, I would conclude about diabetic nephropathy and secondary anemia, which should be hold under control with periodic follow ups and iron supplements.
There is no dyslipidemia. So, considering the fact that you are taking atorvastatin, I would recommend continuing taking it as it seems to work.
Hope to have been helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
